Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Cliqueit account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Step 1: Open the Cliqueit App
Launch the Cliqueit app on your device and make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete.
Step 2: Go to Profile > Settings
Tap on your profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select 'Delete Account'
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and tap 'Delete Account'. You may need to confirm your identity.
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
Read the information about what will be deleted, then tap 'Confirm Delete' to permanently remove your account.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- •Your profile information (name, photos, bio)
- •All matches and match history
- •All messages and chat history
- •Your clique memberships
- •Your preferences and settings
- •Push notification tokens
Data Retention
We delete your data within 30 days of your account deletion request. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and analytical purposes. This anonymized data cannot be used to identify you.
Can't Access the App?
If you can't access the Cliqueit app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request to:
support@cliqueit.appPlease include your registered phone number or email address in your request so we can verify your identity.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests submitted through the app are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
