1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Cliqueit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Cliqueit after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Cliqueit, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
• Not have been previously removed from Cliqueit for violation of these Terms
• Not be a registered sex offender

By using Cliqueit, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Cliqueit, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Cliqueit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Engage in any activity that could disable or impair the App

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups
• Contains threats, harassment, or bullying
• Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Contains spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Depicts minors or is intended to exploit minors

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Cliqueit Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such material.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App's trademarks without written permission

By posting content on Squad, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODELIAN LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You acknowledge that interactions with other users are at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. You agree to take reasonable precautions when meeting other users in person.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the App or any part thereof
• Technical or security issues
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the App or by contacting us at support@cliqueit.app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Cliqueit after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
